#SmallTownsBigArtists will feature hip-hop, rhythm and blues, and rap music as well as poetry. All twelve performers are Kent County natives, with two artists who currently live elsewhere returning for the showcase.
The featured performers include Marc Que, Trail, King Peedi, Blazay, Deuce Ducartier, TG, Reese Baddazz & Almighty Savage, Kool Cal featuring Joni Grand, Trav Black and Real. Swinson will also be performing original music from her EP, “Bloody Clouds,” which will be released in August.
Swinson and the other artists created promotional music videos for the performance. DJ Real, a local DJ, will be doing radio drops featuring the showcased artists and their music on 2hotradio.com.
